What am I buying?
KRMPLANS sells digital PDF building plans. No finished structures, kits, tools or materials are shipped.
How do I choose a plan?
Check the dimensions, measurement units, drawings included and project details in each listing. Consider your available space, skills, tools and material requirements before ordering.
What is included?
Contents vary by design. The individual listing describes the files and drawings included.
How will I receive my files?
The delivery method and timing are stated in each listing. Use a valid email address at checkout and keep your order confirmation. Check your spam folder if an expected email is missing. See our Digital Delivery Policy.
Can I print the plans?
Open the files with a PDF reader and follow the sheet size and scale instructions in your plan. Use the stated dimensions rather than measuring a screen image.
Are plans approved for my location?
Local requirements and site conditions vary. Check with your local authority and a qualified professional before building. Do not assume a plan is engineer-stamped or permit-approved.
Can I resell the files?
Files must not be redistributed or resold. Read our Terms of Service for permitted use.
