Refund policy

KRMPLANS (krmplans.com) is operated by PHOTOKERIM.LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16385095), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and file problems are handled for our digital building plans.
Digital products only
Everything we sell is a digital file, mainly PDF building plans (drawings, dimensions, materials and cut lists, step-by-step instructions). We do not sell or ship physical goods, printed plans, kits, lumber or tools, so there is nothing to send back.
Your right to cancel (UK and EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the purchase date without giving a reason.
This right ends once the download is made available to you only if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel. Accepting this policy is not, by itself, that agreement. If you did not give that consent, you can still cancel within 14 days and we will refund you.
To cancel, email us (details below) with your order number. You do not need to use a particular form.
Faulty, incomplete or not as described
Your statutory rights always apply. If a file:
- cannot be downloaded or opened,
- is damaged, corrupted or incomplete,
- is missing pages, drawings or files listed on the product page, or
- is materially different from the product description,
please contact us within a reasonable time. We will first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected or replacement file. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or the fault is serious, you can ask for a partial or full refund.
Change of mind
After the files have been supplied and any right to cancel has ended, we do not normally give refunds simply because you changed your mind, found the project bigger than expected, or decided not to build. This does not affect your rights for faulty, not-as-described or undelivered content.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you bought the same plan twice, or ordered the wrong plan by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We review these cases individually and will usually refund a genuine duplicate order.
Things we cannot refund for
- Building permit, code, zoning or HOA decisions in your area.
- Material prices, availability or local lumber sizes that differ from the plan.
- Changes you or your builder make to the design.
- Not having software to open a PDF (any free PDF reader works).
How to ask for a refund
Email info@krmplans.com with:
- your name,
- your order number,
- the date of purchase, and
- a short description of the problem (screenshots help for file issues).
We aim to reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of our decision. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account. After a refund, the license to use the plan ends and you should delete the files.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are solved quickly by email.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
