Shipping policy

No physical shipping
All KRMPLANS products are digital downloads. We do not ship anything by post or courier: no printed plans, structures, kits, tools or building materials. There are no shipping charges and no customs fees.
How you receive your files
After your payment is confirmed:
- a download link appears on the order confirmation page, and
- a copy of the download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Delivery is normally immediate. In rare cases, payment checks by the payment provider can delay access for a short time.
Please download and save your files to your computer, cloud storage or phone as soon as you receive them, and keep a backup copy.
Didn't get your email?
- Check your spam, junk or "Promotions" folder.
- Make sure the email address at checkout was correct.
- Search your inbox for "KRMPLANS" or your order number.
If you still can't find it, or a link has expired, contact us and we will send a new link.
What you need
- A device that can open PDF files (Adobe Acrobat Reader, a browser, or any free PDF reader).
- For printing: plans are laid out to print on standard paper (Letter or A4). You can also take the PDF to a local print shop for larger sheets.
Check before you buy
Each product page lists the plan size, the number of pages, what drawings are included and the units used. Please read it to make sure the plan suits your project.
Delivery problems
If a file is missing, will not open or is incomplete, email info@krmplans.com with your order number. Never send us your password or full card details.
Digital delivery does not affect your statutory rights. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and remedies.
