## Frequently Asked Questions

### How do I download the PDF after purchase?

After checkout you get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Click it to download the PDF, then print it or open it on any device.

### How tall is this elevated raised garden bed?

The cap rail of this elevated raised garden bed sits at 34", a comfortable waist-high working height. The top of the pergola is 7' 3-1/2" above the ground.

### How much soil does the elevated planter box need?

The elevated planter box takes about 8.8 cu ft of light raised-bed mix, about five 2 cu ft bags. That fills it to 1" below the wall top with 10-1/2" of soil.

### Can I build the elevated planter without the pergola?

Yes. Cut the back posts to 78-1/2" and skip the pergola steps, and the trellis top rail then sits flush with the post tops.

### Does a pergola planter need anchoring?

A trellis covered in climbers catches a lot of wind, so in open or windy sites strap the post tops to a wall or fence, or screw the legs and posts to a deck or patio with angle brackets. Do it before you fill the box.
